What data is processed and why

If you book a call, the scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, your email and the chosen date to create the appointment and send you the invitation. That data is used only to arrange and hold that conversation.

If you write by email or LinkedIn, the data you include in your message is processed in order to reply.

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, it will be cookieless, with aggregated and anonymous data.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is your consent when booking or writing, and the legitimate interest in answering your request. Data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts or until you ask for its deletion.

Third parties

Calendly (scheduling) and Google (email and calendar) process data as processors under their own policies. Data is not shared with any other third party.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to miltonleon86@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
